Within a few years I realized that there is a better way to own a property in France. The concept is called "Shared Ownership", where 3 or more owners (individuals, couples or families) buy the property and share the use of it as often as they desire.  At certain times only one owner with their family + friends will occupy the property. At other times there may be two or more owners on the property at the same time.  New friendships will develop. The owners will share a common interest in France, the French culture, food, landscape and tradition. 



The property will be managed by our firm, Chateau et Demeures with over 40 years experience in property development.  We will arrange for the purchase, prepare the improvement plans, do the interior design, supervise construction of the renovation, hire the contractor, prepare the landscape design and installation, purchase the furnishings and accessories, and manage the property for the owners.  We are Architects + Interior Designers + Builders.  We are not Real Estate agents.  We will use only qualified French estate agents for the actual purchase arrangements.
