On this site you will find three types of French properties:  Chateaux, Manoirs (Manor Houses), and Maisons d'Caracter (Houses of Character).

All of the properties shown on this site are capable of being owned by multiple families.  Most of these properties will need some improvements.  It may be as little as new paint, and furnishings.  Or it may be more extensive, such as new bathrooms and kitchens, plumbing and electrical work. Regardless of the needs of the project, our firm will design and supervise the installation of all necessary renovations.  The owners will be made aware of the needs of each property and will have the right of approval of such improvements, but will not be required to be engaged in the supervision of the actual improvement work.  We will take care of all improvements, as well as all maintenance required for the property.
